Multiple Edgeport entries in Windows Device Manager

A single Edgeport may appear multiple times in the IonMultiPortSerial category of Windows Device Manager.

This is an artifact of the "TI" chipset that modern Edgeports use, specifically due to a hub chip that separates the ports into groups of two.

A modern Edgeport/4, for example, would be listed two times.  A modern Edgeport/8 would be listed four times.

It's important to note that, regardless of the variant of the Edgeport (older "930" units or modern "TI" units), all of the serial ports are unique, with a unique COM port number.
