Setting remotely authenticated web users for admin rights on the Digi CM and Passport

1.  Set remote web authentication (Radius, TACACS, etc). Network->Web server config->Authentication

2.  Create an Access list titled web_admin or web_padmin to create a system or port admin, respectively.
Add all users (local and remote) under the appropriate Access list. System admin->Access list
